Plan B for 2020 - Your Diary Planner for the year

Image
It's that time of the year - the time to get your diary for 2020! And what could be better than having an organizer that lists you all the important dates for Aotearoa, produced right here by the Freedom Shop? Plan B 2020 is even bigger, brighter and better than the 2019 edition, and still only $10.  For those who are hooked on the traditional Slingshot diaries - they are on their way and will be here by the end of the month.

This year's Zinefest is happening this coming weekend! It's a two-day event and the Freedom Shop will be there on Sunday, 17 November, 11am to 4pm.  We'll have some new zines on the West Sahara, the situation in Rojava and a Scottish anarchist's take on Brexit, as well as new postcards and lots of other stuff. And of course the brand new Plan B organiser for 2020! See you there: Te Auaha, NZ Institute of Creativity, 65 Dixon Street, Te Aro

aargh! Issue Eleven Is Out & online

Image
This issue of aargh! focuses on the somewhat unexpected re-emergence of large-scale protest. While on-going discontented rumbles about the crumbling environment, inequality, lack of housing, colonisation and other issues have been growing louder for some time, this year has seen people taking to the streets in greater numbers than for many years. Who would have thought! Get your copy from the shop, at Zinefest on Sunday 17 November, or get it online here .
